An update on what I remember about my suspect Honcho besides his lazy eye, I believe he is of Hispanic / American Mexican decent. He spoke only one time in Spanish to me, it was "Hasta La Vista Baby ". More of what I remember about him.
He claimed to be 5ft 10, I guessed him at 5ft 9, so I was close. But because of his long legs and that I saw him at a distance, I reported him as 6ft tall. Later when he stood in front of me I saw he wasn't as tall as I first thought. He has a raspy/husky voice but talks slowly and deliberately enunciating each syllable, sort of like a robot. He has a large head, a thick, short neck, and curly hair. His Afro-style hair or wig looked dark brown in his car that night back in 1969. He had a pot belly and was barrel-chested. Lots of pockmarks on his face, jawline and neck. One long thin scar on his left jawline all the way to his left ear. He has a large round scar on his right cheek with a cross inside of it. On his chin, RT side is a Z-like scar. He has a jailhouse-looking tattoo on his left arm, and has a slight limp that is worse when he has been sitting for a while. It lessens with each step. His right foot turns outward when he walks. Sometimes he waddles like a duck, from side to side when he walks fast. His eyes are hazel, I was not able to see his teeth, he never smiled at me, he always had an angry look. He shook whenever he was close to me. His nose was not large or small, it had a slight point at the tip. His nostrils are flared, his ears looked normal, but the lobes were large. He was a chain smoker and would hold his cigarette next to the web on his right hand, which was badly stained dark yellow. His shoe prints in my backyard were 13 inches long and very wide like 4 and a half to 5 inches wide at the heal. His wavy hair has a silver streak above his left eyebrow. He drove junky-looking cars and very nice ones like a Jag a Cad or MBZ. I found out from someone who knew him, that he worked in construction out of Benicia.
Zodiac wrote he would change his way of collecting slaves, he would no longer announce who or when he killed. I have proof from females that this suspect was still killing in the late 1990s.
I call this suspect Honcho, although several people have said his name is Tony aka Anthony. His partner/friend RH, is still alive.
Kathleen Johns was given a photo lineup by Harvey Hines. I told Harvey where to find K Johns. Mine was given just before hers, we both picked the same guy in the lineup. (Larry Kane) Except it wasn't until Kane died that I knew I was chasing the wrong man, because the man I chose was still very much alive! He would dress nice in suits when he went to see the Rolling Stones in Oakland in 1994. Always dressed nice when he came into my workplace, sports coat, pleated slacks. But when he was seen stalking me he would be in casual clothes, baggy jeans, always a white tee shirt under a regular shirt. boots, tennis shoes like Nike, his dress shoes were what we older people use to call "Spit shined shoes" (extremely shiny) Before I forget, he also dressed in drag as a disguise! Wig, heals and all. I actually sat at a table with him, thinking he was a large, sad, very lonely woman. He spoke very little and in a whisper. He told me he had been kidnapped and was held inside a "Phillips" gas station. I seem to remember his abductor was from Chicago. The heals he wore were chunky 2-inch heals. He had on a rust-colored [sweater] that he wore months later when he followed me and a friend to a restaurant across the street from my job at Pier 29 at 300 29th ave Oakland Ca. He tried to look different that day, by combing his hair in a different style parted on the left. He tried to grab me in front of a restaurant filled with people! That day I had to quit my job which I loved, it was Jan 1990.
